    Yamagata's signature yakitori is made with chicken ground that morning from Awaji Island.By changing the grilling method depending on the condition and part of the chicken, we can bring out the full flavor of the yakitori.In addition, the flavor brought out by using the sauce that has been added to since the restaurant opened is truly exquisite.Each piece is carefully and slowly baked.Please try it once.
